Conditions of Sale

ONCE PURCHASED THE TICKET MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED NOR MONEY REFUNDED (EXCEPT AS IN RESALES BELOW).

The management reserves the right, in combination with any other statements or directives which may be shown on the ticket or as displayed on the premises to:-

  1. refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises
  2. refuse entry of and use on the premises of any camera or any from of audio or visual recording equipment
  3. request the ticket holder to leave the premises and to take any appropriate measures to enforce such a request
  4. delay entry of latecomers until a suitable break or interval in the performance/event
  5. make any changes whatsoever in the performance/event owing to any unforeseen or unavoidable cause
  6. cancel or abandon the performance/event for reasons beyond its control without notice and without being liable to pay any person any compensation or damage whatsoever other than at the Management's discretion, a possible percentage or maximum refund to the ticket holder of the value of the ticket.

Resales
In common with general theatre practice, tickets for the theatre cannot be exchanged or money refunded. If patrons find that they are unable to use their tickets, the Box Office will endeavour to resell on the understanding that the sale of the theatre's own available seats must take priority. A fee of 10% will be charged for successful resale.

How To Use This Wesbite

  • To buy from the Online Box Office you first need to Register (once only)
  • After registering you will be sent an email with a link to complete the process - please check your SPAM folder too!
  • Sign in to proceed
  • Choose your category from the menu list in the box on the left then select the item/s you want, add to your shopping basket and proceed to the checkout.
  • You can view the cart at the checkout at any time and remove items if necessary by setting the quantity to zero.
  • Tickets are allocated on arrival at the theatre on the event day - we do not post the tickets in case of loss!
  • The price shown for events includes the meal, coffee, show, car park, one programme between two and VAT.
  • No exchange or refund is available.
  • To pick up this order the card holder must present the card used and provide a signature at the box office on event - unless otherwise stated.
  • If you would like more than 10 tickets for any event please phone the Box Office where we can arrange a Group Booking.
